When you want to login to the platform using firefox private window, you may use the following workaround:
Go to the Firefox setting menu (top left on the browser) -> Preferences (the gear icon on the menu)
Go to the Privacy Tab and find: Use Tracking Protection in private windows
Uncheck this box.
