Guest hears a delay / echo when connected and monitoring - HELP!


Has anyone had issues with their guests hearing an echo/delay when their mic is on and they're monitoring? If someone can offer some helpful insight, it would be greatly appreciated. I've tried several things, but still running into this problem. 

I love the platform as a Cloud-based solution. The live show portion has been challenging.
